A twist on an original old world coffee blend.  Historically Mocha Java blends use Yemen and Java Estate coffees to make up the blend but Jacked Up Jill have made a few acceptable changes. They are using a Kenya Micro Lot instead of Yemen and Organic Sumatra in place of Java Estate.  The original recipe is hard to find due to the cost and consistent availability of Yemen coffees. They also love the fact that they can offer a great tasting Mocha Java that is organic and still cups very similarly to the original.  Enjoy an earthy body, balanced acidity and full aroma.
